These images form part of the Clinic’s confidential medical records.


 

11. Consent for Photography & Image Use

By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and consent to clinical photography for record-keeping purposes.

Consent for clinical documentation is separate from consent for marketing
Identifiable images will not be used publicly without separate, explicit written consent
Refusal to allow photography may limit clinical assessment capability

 

12. Marketing Use of Images

Where separate consent is provided for marketing or educational use:

Consent may be withdrawn prospectively
Withdrawal does not affect lawful use prior to withdrawal
Immediate removal of published content may not be possible due to platform limitations

Before-and-after images are not guarantees or promises of results.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Venus Aesthetics shall not be liable for:

Incorrect treatment decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate disclosures
Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications

 

15. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Venus Aesthetics may use third-party platforms such as social media networks, messaging services, CRMs, and telecom providers.

Use of these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. Venus

Aesthetics is not responsible for actions or policies of third parties beyond its control.

19. Good-Faith Resolution & Dispute Handling

Clients agree to first communicate concerns directly with the Clinic for resolution.

Frivolous, misleading, or malicious claims made despite documented consent and disclosure may be contested using clinic records and communication logs.

 

20. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued interaction with Venus Aesthetics after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
