Refund policy

Cancellation of an Order:

In case, you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with the customer care either through email at support@venusaesthetics.pk or by calling at 0311 111 7546 within 24 hours of placement of your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. In case of pre-paid order cancellations, the amount would be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Exchange/Return Policy:

Venus Aesthetics strives to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but since the products cannot be used by other consumers, upon return due to hygiene and quality control factors. We do not accept returns once orders are delivered.

However, in case of quality related issues with the product like leakage, broken seal or damaged products, we can initiate an exchange order if informed within 24 hours of the delivery. Customer is required to call us within 24 hours at 0311 111 7546 or email at support@venusaesthetics.pk and our concerned team would get in touch to initiate further process.

Exchange/Return of products will only be accepted subject to the following terms:

- Exchange/Return of products are subject to inspection and checking by quality assurance department.
- Any damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

- Special conditions for promotional offers may override this Exchange/ Returns Policy. The same would be clearly displayed along with such promotional offer.

- Place your item in its original packaging, with tags intact
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and attach the original invoice.
