Who we are
Venus Aesthetics is a doctor-led skin, laser and aesthetic clinic network with 8 branches in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. In this policy, "we" means Venus Aesthetics and "you" means anyone who uses this website or contacts us through it.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, register interest in a treatment or send us a form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, the concern or treatment you are interested in, laser areas if relevant, your preferred city, branch and time, and the page you sent the form from. Other forms on this site (contact, careers, creators and business enquiries) collect the details shown on those forms.
We do not ask for payment details or medical records through this website. Your medical history is taken in person by a doctor at your consultation.
Why we use it
We use your details to arrange and confirm your consultation, to answer your questions, to tell you when a treatment you registered interest in becomes available, to keep a record of your enquiry so any branch can help you, and, only with your consent, to share offers and care reminders on WhatsApp. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside Venus Aesthetics except the service providers who host this website and deliver our email.
Medical information and photographs
Medical information you share during a consultation is kept confidential under clinical standards. Progress photos taken during a treatment course are part of your clinical record and are never published without your explicit written consent.
WhatsApp and phone
After you submit a booking form you can confirm it on WhatsApp. That message is sent by you, from your own WhatsApp account, and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms. If you call us, our team may take notes of the call to arrange your appointment.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to look after your booking and any follow up, and we delete them on request unless we must keep a record for a legal or medical reason.
Cookies
This website uses the small number of cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this page to say so.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email support@venusaesthetics.pk or call 0311 111 7546, and tell us the name and number you used.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
