It's the nickname for loose skin hanging under the upper arms, caused by age-related collagen loss, weight change or genetics. Exercise builds the muscle beneath but can't tighten the skin itself; that's where RF treatment comes in.

Will exercise alone fix loose arm skin?

Toning the triceps improves shape, but stretched skin doesn't shrink through exercise. The combination, your training plus collagen-stimulating RF, is what visibly firms the area.

How many sessions do arms need?

It varies from person to person. For many people it is 6 to 8 weekly sessions, with firmness improving from mid-course, and your doctor confirms your course at the consultation. Results consolidate about a month after the final session.

Is there really no downtime?

None, the arm may look lightly flushed for an hour. Clients train, work and live entirely normally throughout the course.

What if my laxity is too severe for RF?

Then we'll tell you honestly at the assessment. Severe hanging skin after major weight loss may need surgical brachioplasty, we'd rather refer you correctly than sell you sessions that under-deliver.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and with a doctor rather than a salesperson. You leave with a written plan and clear pricing, and whether you book anything is entirely your decision.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your skin, your concern and the area being treated, so we will not quote a number before seeing you. Your doctor gives you an honest session count and spacing at the consultation, in writing.

Does the treatment hurt?

Most treatments are comfortable, with numbing or cooling used where it helps. Your doctor explains exactly what each session will feel like before you start, so there are no surprises.

Is there any downtime?

This varies by treatment and by how intensively it is done. Your doctor will tell you honestly what to expect for your plan, including anything you should avoid immediately afterwards.
